Job summary

UF Health Leesburg is hiring registered nurses for CVOR roles across Leesburg, Jacksonville and St. Johns, with day shifts and on-call requirements. You will apply nursing process, assess, plan and implement care for cardiovascular surgery patients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, plan and evaluate care for CVOR patients.
• Collaborate with surgical team and physicians; ensure patient safety and comfort; on-call as required.

UF Health North:

Located at 15255 Max Leggett Parkway in North Jacksonville. Offering comprehensive outpatient and emergency services. The UF Health TraumaOne Trauma Center in Jacksonville was the first trauma program in Florida when it opened in 1983. As a testament to its continued excellence, the center has been verified by the American College of Surgeons since 2018 as an adult Level I trauma center also caring for pediatrics. Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Director/Manager/ Charge Nurse, the RN utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and implements and evaluates the plan of care. This is a full time, day shift position eligible for a sign-on bonus. This position requires on - call for after hour and weekend cases. On- call required. We are hiring for CVOR RN's in Leesburg, Jacksonville and St. Johns.
