Job summary

UF Health Leesburg is seeking a CVOR RN to join our team in Leesburg, FL. You will provide specialized cardiovascular surgery support, participate in nursing assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

The role is full-time, day shift with a sign-on bonus. On-call duties after hours and on weekends are required, and applicants must hold Florida RN licensure with BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate degree in nursing.
• Florida RN license in good standing.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Med/Surg or critical care experience preferred.
• Circulating and CVOR RN experience highly preferred.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Director/Manager/Charge Nurse, the RN utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care assessments and diagnoses, formulates care plans, and implements and evaluates plans of care.
• This is a full-time, day shift position eligible for a sign-on bonus.
• Position requires on-call for after-hours and weekend cases.
