Job summary

UF Health Leesburg Hospital is seeking a registered nurse for a full-time position. Under the direction of the director, you will use the nursing process to assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes. The role includes three 12-hour shifts and a sign-on bonus eligibility.

Candidates must hold a Florida RN license, BLS, ACLS, and a diploma or associate degree in nursing. Strong communication, leadership, and English proficiency are required to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (RN).
• Florida Registered Nurse License.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Leadership skills.
• Maintains/exceeds all specialty educational requirements.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the director, utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and implements and evaluates the plan of care. This is a full time, day shift position eligible for a sign on bonus.
