The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join the Cardiac Care Unit on a full-time rotating schedule. You’ll care for patients with acute cardiac conditions and support families in a high‑level, world‑class environment.

Weekly Working Hours: 40-hours/week (20 12-hour shifts in a 6-week schedule)
Shift: 12-hour day/night rotations w/self scheduling

The Johns Hopkins Hospital's Cardiac Care Unit is a 12-bed Intensive Care Unit. The staff care for patients with acute myocardial infarction and complications including cardiogenic shock, post‑infarction angina and congestive heart failure. We also care for many other critically ill patients suffering from severe cardiomyopathies, valvular heart disease and life‑treatment arrhythmias. This is a cardiac medicine unit, therefore patients post- CABG, valve replacements, transplant, LVAD placement are transferred to the CVSICU (Surgical ICU) for recovery.

Minimum 39.64/hour - Maximum 61.45/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
