Job summary

Saint Mary’s Health Network, a Prime Healthcare member in Reno, NV, is hiring a Staff RN for day shift to support inpatient care across our hospital. You will work directly with physicians to monitor patients, administer medications, and respond quickly to changes in condition.

Requirements include an active Nevada RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and ability to communicate in English. Recent acute-care experience preferred. Full-time daytime position with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

The Staff RN is directly responsible for the care given to his/her assigned patients. He/She communicates with the physician about changes in the patient’s clinical condition including hemodynamic monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and abnormal results and symptomatology. Incumbent Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment. Position requires patient privacy and confidentiality.
