Prime Healthcare is offering a Full-Time Staff RN position at Saint Mary’s Health Network in Reno, Nevada. As a Staff RN, you will be responsible for the care of your assigned patients, timely communication with physicians, and quick response to changes in their clinical condition.

Qualifications

• Recent acute, in-hospital experience preferred.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Valid RN License in Nevada is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.

Responsibilities

The Staff RN is directly responsible for the care given to his/her assigned patients. He/She communicates with the physician about changes in the patient’s clinical condition including hemodynamic monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and abnormal results and symptomatology. Incumbent is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment. Position requires patient privacy and confidentiality.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Recent acute, in-hospital experience preferred

2. Must be able to communicate in English (Speak, Write)

3. Current and valid Nevada RN License.

4. BLS (AHA) certification required

5. ACLS (AHA) certification required
