Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cath Lab. The role is full-time, 4 days per week, 7:00a–5:30p, with call requirements across days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation starts at $36.00–$55.80 hourly, with a new minimum of $37.25 base pay beginning October 2026. A $20K sign-on bonus is available for 1+ year of Cath Lab experience with a 2-year commitment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing or higher required.
• BSN preferred within 5 years from start date.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification.
• ACLS within 6 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Renders professional nursing care to provide quality patient care.
• Uses critical thinking to assess conditions, plan and evaluate care, and document observations.
• Delegates appropriate patient tasks to other staff.
• Works as a team member to achieve unit goals.
• Duties may vary by unit or shift.

Job description

Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October 2026.

• Renders professional nursing care to provide quality patient care.
• Employing critical thinking skills, assesses patients’ condition, recognizes deviations, plans and evaluates care, monitors patients’ progress, and records pertinent observations.
• Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff.
• Functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals.
• The following are general characteristics of this job, although duties may vary by assigned unit or shift.

What you will need

• Education: Associate degree in nursing or higher level nursing degree (BSN required within 5 years from start date)
• License/Certification: Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure Current CPR Certification (BLS) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 mths of start date into position
