Spectrum Healthcare Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Case Manager to support Occupational Medicine within the Aerospace Medicine Squadron at Reid Medical Clinic, Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX.

This role focuses on health promotion, medical readiness, and continuity of care for military personnel. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or federal holidays, along with comprehensive benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• RN with an associate degree or higher and Texas nursing license.
• BLS certification required with hands-on training.
• 3 years of RN case management experience within the last 4 years.
• U.S. Citizenship.

Responsabilités

• Conduct health screenings and medical surveillance activities.
• Develop patient care plans and coordinate follow-up services.

Registered Nurse – Case Manager, Occupational Medicine

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse – Case Manager to support Occupational Medicine within the Aerospace Medicine Squadron.

Position Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship

• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited program

• Current, unrestricted RN license meeting Texas requirements

• 3 years of RN Case Management experience within the last 4 years

• Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross; hands‑on training)

• Case Management certification such as CCM, CDMS, COHN, COHN‑S, RN‑NCM, or another PWS‑approved certification

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate occupational health assessments and case management

• Conduct health screenings and medical surveillance activities

• Develop patient care plans and coordinate follow‑up services

• Support workplace health, safety, and readiness initiatives
