Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is recruiting an LPN/LVN to join Reid Medical Clinic at Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX, supporting Occupational Medicine. The role focuses on preventive care, workplace wellness, and military medical readiness within a mission-focused team.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with no nights or weekends; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO and sick leave. Current Texas LPN/LVN license and BLS are required, along with 1 year of recent nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program or qualifying military training.
• Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license meeting Texas requirements.
• 1 year of nursing experience within the last 2 years.
• Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross; hands-on training).
• IBT certification (provided in-house by the Immunization Clinic).

• Conduct occupational health screenings and assessments.
• Assist with patient examinations and preventive healthcare.
• Maintain medical records and document patient care.
• Support workplace health surveillance and safety programs.

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to support Occupational Medicine within the Aerospace Medicine Squadron.
