Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to support Occupational Medicine within the Aerospace Medicine Squadron at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on workplace wellness, preventive care, and military medical readiness.

Position highlights include a Monday–Friday schedule, no nights or weekends, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)), and paid time off plus

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program or qualifying military training.
• Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license meeting Texas requirements.
• 1 year of nursing experience within the last 2 years.
• Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross; hands‑on training).
• IBT certification (provided in‑house by the Immunization Clinic).

Responsabilités

• Conduct occupational health screenings and assessments.
• Assist with patient examinations and preventive healthcare.
• Maintain medical records and document patient care.
• Support workplace health surveillance and safety programs.
