Zohorecruit is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our hospice team in Mifflintown, Pennsylvania. You will coordinate patient care, lead nursing staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compassionate, quality end-of-life care.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM with local travel across multiple counties. Requires PA RN license, 1+ year hospice and 1+ year management experience, BLS and ACLS certification, and willingness to travel.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Active, valid RN license in the State of Pennsylvania
  
• Valid certifications in both of the following:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
    
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
    
• Willingness and ability to travel as required for this position
