Job summary

UW Hospital and Clinics seeks a Nurse Case Manager (RN) to join our multidisciplinary team; remote work options available with flexible shifts. Required: RN license, WI or compact, 3 years of clinical nursing experience; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s degree preferred.

Job description

Hours are as needed, Monday - Friday during business hours; you will work 4, 8 or 10-hour shifts as needed to fill gaps in staffing. Hours can also include weekends but not required. This position is remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Required
• Master's Degree Master's degree in Nursing or healthcare related field Preferred

Work Experience

• 3 years Three (3) years of relevant clinical nursing experience. Required
• Recent experience as a hospital-based Nurse Case Manager Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact Upon Hire Required
