Job summary

Nlcamerican is seeking an experienced Case Manager RN to join our acute inpatient team in Portland, OR. You will manage complex patient caseloads on an adult inpatient unit, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure care coordination from admission through discharge.

The role requires 2 years of acute inpatient case management experience, BLS/ACLS certifications, and flexibility for a 5x8 shift. Local candidates in Portland are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of acute, inpatient, hospital case management exp in the last 5 years required.
• Travel experience is preferred.
• Epic Experience REQ? No, but highly preferred
• First-Timers Accepted
• Weekend REQ: Variable
• Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS
• Skills REQ: inpatient medical/ surgical/ ED/ pediatric experience
• Is on-call REQ? No
• Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, adult inpatient, ED and Peds.
• Open to accommodating block schedule? Possibly by request
• Locals Accepted: Yes
• Pending License Accepted: Yes - 90 day license exemption
• RTO Restrictions: 7-10 days max

CASE MANAGER RN

Start Date: ASAP (3-4 weeks from offer for compliance requirements).

Start dates for this unit are on Tuesdays.

Shift: 5x8s

Ratios: 1:20-25

• Years of Experience REQ: 2 years of acute, inpatient, hospital case management exp in the last 5 years required.
