Job summary

RN.com is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager in Texas to coordinate patient care from admission through discharge, ensuring that treatments, services, and resources align with each patient’s medical needs and recovery goals.

You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and external providers to remove barriers to care, streamline transitions, and support safe, efficient discharge planning. This 13‑week assignment runs 8a–5p in an acute hospital setting.

Qualifications

• TX/compact RN license is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years in case management in an acute hospital setting.
• Acute hospital experience within the last year with no more than a 90‑day gap.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS –

• TX/compact RN license

• 2 years case management experience in an acute hospital setting
• Acute hospital experience during the past year with no more than a 90-day break

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 8a-5p
