Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Current LPN/LN or RN license with the State Board of Nursing preferred or required.
• CPR certification recommended.

Responsibilities

• Administering medication as prescribed by the physician.
• Answer call lights.
• Complete documentation of care given.
• Follow residents' care plans.
• Report any abnormal findings/unsafe conditions.
