Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing care on their shift according to physicians orders.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by physician.
• Completes documentation of care given accurately and timely.
• Supervises, evaluates and may suspend personnel per policy.
• Follows resident care plans and reports changes in condition.
• Oversees operation and staffing for their shift.
• Attends required in-service education.
• Follows infection control and safety practices.
