US Skilled Serve is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise charge nurses and CNAs. This on-site role requires leadership, strong teamwork, and adherence to federal and state regulations.

Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medication administration, and ensuring infection control and safety standards. You will supervise staff, participate in meetings, and handle admissions and discharges as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state.
• Must be currently certified and possess a valid CPR card.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability.

Responsabilités

• Perform resident assessments and develop care plans per policies.
• Administer medications and nursing interventions as ordered.
• Maintain infection control standards and safety policies.
• Document all actions per federal/state regulations.
• Supervise nursing assistants and participate in meetings.
• Admit and discharge patients as needed.
• Protect resident rights and privacy.
