Job summary

GBMC HealthCare seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care under general supervision. You will use the Nursing Process across assessment, planning, implementation, and coordination to support patient outcomes.

Required are an Associate Degree in Nursing, a current Maryland RN license, and a minimum of one year of RN experience. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills are essential, and you will uphold GBMC values in daily practice.

Qualifications

• RN license in MD required.
• 1 year of Registered Nurse experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient using Nursing Process and determine priorities.
• Plan, implement, and coordinate patient care with the health team.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge needs.
• Document and communicate patient status and care plans clearly.
