Job summary

CSKT Tribal Health Department is seeking a Registered Nurse Care Manager in Polson, MT. This full-time role requires a valid MT or compact RN license, BLS, and preferably ACLS, with a focus on care coordination across tribal health services.

A current driver's license, background check, and pre-hire drug test are required. Certification in care coordination is preferred and must be obtained within one year of employment. Salary is negotiable with benefits.

This position is a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy and subject to random drug testing. The successful applicant, if not already employed by the Tribes must pass a pre-hire drug test and serve a mandatory six (6) month probationary period.
