Experience using electronic health records, EPIC and Microsoft office preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare provider's certification preferred, if not than within 6 months of hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred. Valid Montana Driver's License with ability to operate a vehicle. Existing or new National Provider Number. Ambulatory Care Nursing Certification (AMB-BC) or Home Health Nursing Certification (RN-BC) preferred. All applicants must submit a Tribal application and copy of academic transcript/training certificates and licensure, copy of valid driver's license, proof of enrollment in a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT and if claiming veteran's preference, a copy of DD214 must be submitted. This position is a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy and subject to random drug testing.
