Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates basic assessment skills and follows the nursing process.
• Documents all aspects of patient care in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborates with inter-disciplinary team to provide safe, effective care and coordinates discharge planning.
