Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted registered nurse license in the state where practice is located.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• BSN preferred, Licensure with multi-state option may be required per state law.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Upholds a culture of safety and ensures timely action to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
