Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted MA nursing license
• BLS certification required
• EMR experience with clinical documentation

Responsabilités

• Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families; educate and manage care transitions
• Deliver patient care and follow RN protocols including med administration and chronic disease management
• Conduct telephone triage and support the clinical team with care coordination
• Perform clinical procedures and manage acute conditions; ensure timely EMR documentation
• Contribute to quality improvement, mentor nursing staff, sustain high patient service and safety standards
