Atrius Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in Internal Medicine to deliver effective patient care in a specialty setting, following nursing processes and Massachusetts standards. This role is based in Watertown, MA, offering a 32-hour weekly schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include education, care coordination, medication administration, and timely EMR documentation. BLS is required; ACLS may be needed depending on the unit. A state nursing license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Massachusetts (current, unrestricted)
• BLS certification required
• ACLS may be required based on specialty

Responsabilités

• Build therapeutic and supportive relationships with patients and families, providing education and managing care transitions.
• Deliver patient care and follow-up in alignment with RN protocols, including medication administration and chronic disease management.
• Conduct telephone triage, escalate concerns appropriately, and support the clinical team with ongoing care coordination.
• Perform clinical procedures and manage acute conditions during patient visits, ensuring timely documentation in the EMR.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, mentor nursing staff, and uphold high standards of patient service and safety.

Graduate of a State-approved school of nursing (RN)
