Atrius Health in Massachusetts is seeking a registered nurse to join the Internal Medicine team at 111 Grossman Dr, Braintree. This full-time role is 40 hours weekly, Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, offering a competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

You will deliver patient care per RN protocols, manage care transitions, perform procedures, and support care coordination. Strong EMR skills, BLS, and MA licensure required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a State-approved school of nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Massachusetts.
• BLS certification.
• Up-to-date nursing care standards.
• Computer experience with word processing and spreadsheets.
• EMR experience or aptitude to learn EMR.

Responsibilities

• Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families and educate on care transitions.
• Deliver patient care per RN protocols, including med administration and chronic disease management.
• Conduct telephone triage and support care coordination.
• Perform clinical procedures and document in the EMR.
• Contribute to quality improvement and mentor staff.
