Job summary

CaroMont Health in Gastonia, NC is hiring for a Registered Nurse - CMG Cardiology to perform quality patient care in accordance with nursing standards and policies. Day shift from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm provides predictable hours.

The role requires NC RN licensure (or compact), current BLS/ACLS, and knowledge of EKG and cardiac status; ICU/CCU experience is strongly preferred. Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have NC RN license or compact license and be actively engaged in medical education.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.

• ICU/CCU experience strongly preferred.

Maintain professional affiliation and development; maintain patient confidentiality; triage calls for quality patient care. Performs all activities in accordance with approved policies and guides.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license to practice in NC (NC license or multi-state (compact) license) participating in ongoing medical education.
• Must hold current BLS/ACLS certification.
• Knowledge and interpretation of EKG, cardiac status and stability.
• Previous intensive care or CCU experience is strongly preferred.
