Our Cardiac Team is known for our diversity and well-rounded attitude. We are friendly, skilled, and love to work as a team. We welcome new graduates and experienced nursing professionals who are looking for opportunities to grow. Our organization provides excellent support to all new graduate nurses with our new grad residency program. Experienced nurses will receive 6 weeks of hospital orientation with the help of our skilled preceptors and clinical nurse leaders.

Compensation

BSN Pay Range: $36.05 - $59.92 per hour

ADN Pay Range: $32.90 - $57.06 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
