Gottlieb Memorial Hospital, part of Loyola Medicine, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, day shift with on-call responsibilities. This role is located at Gottlieb Memorial Hospital in Melrose Park, IL, and offers opportunities to develop nursing skills within a team-oriented PACU setting.

Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS Provider certification from American Heart Association required prior to hire.
• Illinois Nursing License required prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide postoperative nursing care in the PACU and during the initial post-anesthesia phase.
• Monitor and assess patients recovering from anesthesia and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to manage multiple diagnoses and ensure patient safety.

Schedule: Full time, Day Shift **on-call required

What Registered Nurse RN will need:

• A Degree from an accredited school/college of nursing is required - BSN or ADN
• BLS Provider (accredited by the American Heart Association) required prior to hire
• Illinois Board of Nursing license prior to hire

BSN Pay Range: $36.05 - $59.92 per hour

ADN Pay Range: $32.90 - $57.06 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
