Job summary

Aura Health in Rochester, MN is seeking a registered nurse for a progressive care unit focused on adult heart and lung transplant patients and cardiac surgical cases. You will deliver relationship-based care, monitor patients, and educate on discharge planning.

The role requires at least 1 year RN experience, active RN license with BLS, and ability to work day/night shifts, including weekends and holidays. TN sponsorship is available and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of one year RN experience.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and leadership.
• Proficient in electronic medical records and computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Current RN licensure, BLS certification, and any required state or specialty certifications.
