Job summary

Mercy is seeking licensed registered nurses to provide patient care using the nursing process, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinate care with other departments while upholding Mercy Service Standards. Education: graduate from nursing school (ASN, Diploma, or BSN).

Licensure: maintain RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure; certifications such as BLS, ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, and C-EFM may be required based on unit needs.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Must hold and maintain a current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure where nursing duties are performed.
• Certifications: BLS required; additional certifications may be required based on position/unit (e.g., ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, C-EFM, and other unit-specific certs).

Physical Requirements

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
