Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the Kansas State Board of Nursing is required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required; additional certifications listed above are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICU nursing care in a 58-bed hospital setting.
• Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor critical patients, administer medications, and coordinate care plans.

Requirements

Summary

Kansas Medical Center is a fully physician owned 58 bed hospital offering a wide array of specialties for both inpatient and outpatient services. We have 6 operating rooms, 2 procedure rooms, 2 Cath Labs, and outpatient services that include X-ray, CT, MRI, PET, PT, Lab, and Cardiac Rehab. In addition to our main campus, KMC operates 3 Family Practice clinics, a large cardiology clinic and multiple cardiology outreach clinics throughout the state of Kansas.
