Job summary

Kansas Medical Center is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse for a 12-month temp assignment. The role covers 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, with 1st or 2nd shift options. Base pay is $60 per hour, with a flat rate and no benefits for this temporary position.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years ICU experience (cardiac ICU preferred) and be proficient in Cerner EMR. Precepting new ICU nurses is expected as part of the role.

Description

$60 an hour flat rate, 3 12-hr shifts per week for a 12-month commitment. 1st Shift or 2nd Shift, Sunday through Saturday. Temporary position with no benefits.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university;
• Registered Nurse License issued by the Kansas State Board of Nursing, unrestricted;
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, Conscious Sedation, and NIH Stroke Scale Certification
