Job summary

UF Health in Tampa, FL seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. Under the director's supervision, you will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnose and formulate individualized care plans, and implement and evaluate peri-procedural care for CCL patients.

Your responsibilities include ensuring a safe environment and timely responses to changes in patient status. You will work closely with physicians, technologists, and support staff to maintain Joint

Overview: Under the direction of the director/charge person, the RN utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and implements and evaluates the plan of care specific to Cardiac Catherization Lab patients. Responsible for environment of care according to Joint Commission Standards. Responsible for the nursing care of the pre and post Cardiac Catherization Lab patient.

• BLS
• ACLS
