Beacon Specialized Living Services in Michigan is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to partner with the DON and interdisciplinary teams across residential locations near Niles. The role combines direct clinical care, oversight, staff education, medication management, and travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and meet state/federal requirements.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• At least two years of nursing experience.
• Experience in behavioral health or residential care is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care, medication administration, and vaccinations as ordered.
• Coordinate medical, psychiatric, dental, and vision appointments.
• Audit and monitor medication rooms and EHR systems for compliance.
• Train staff on medical procedures and equipment.
• Participate in medical on‑call rotation and ensure quality of care.
