Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living in Michigan seeks a Registered Nurse to partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee care at homes across the Jackson area. The role includes medication management, medical treatment coordination, and education, with travel to multiple sites.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and an additional up to 5% annual bonus. Requires RN license, 2 years' experience preferred, and valid driver's license. Schedule typically 8am-5pm, with occasional on-call and travel.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license; two years experience preferred.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Proficient in English (spoken, read, and written).
• Approved by state/federal entities to work within BSLS programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care at homes; medication management and medical treatment coordination.
• Coordinate with medical, clinical, and operations teams to ensure quality care.
• Travel to BSLS locations in and around Jackson, MI.
• Educate Direct Support Professionals on health equipment and care procedures.
• Assist with infection control and health plan adherence.
