Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care to patients across all age groups.
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Collaborates with patients and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
• Administers treatments and medications and documents in EMR.
• Identifies and addresses patient and family education needs.
• Participates in performance improvement and quality initiatives.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality and adheres to standards.
