Job summary

Mediko Inc. is hiring a Registered Nurse for a correctional facility in Lynnwood, WA. This full-time role involves 12-hour day shifts, direct patient care, medication administration, and emergency response within a regulated healthcare setting.

The RN will collaborate with health teams to create care plans, ensure policy and infection-control compliance, and educate patients while tracking progress and safety.

Qualifications

• Current, valid state RN licensure or credentials.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, or related field preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years of healthcare experience, preferably in correctional healthcare.
• Direct patient care or administrative experience in a regulated environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations in correctional settings.
• Active CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a correctional setting, including assessments and medication administration.
• Perform treatments and respond to emergencies.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards.

Title: Registered NurseLocation: Lynnwood Jail, Lynnwood, WAStatus: Full Time, 12 hour day shifts.Salary: $54-$62, Placement on scale is determined by the candidate's level of job-related experience.Job Summary:The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care in a correctional setting, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and emergency response.
