Zusammenfassung

Apploi is seeking a Registered Nurse to maintain nursing care standards for residents across all shifts (6A–6P and 6P–6A). The RN will administer medications and treatments within scope, supervise nursing assistants, perform narcotic counts, document care, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires an accredited RN education, active Texas RN license, and good standing on the Nurse Registry. Strong English communication skills are essential in a professional office setting.

Qualifikationen

• Must be graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing.
• Must have active state RN license.
• Listed in good standing on Nurse Registry.

Aufgaben

• Administers enteral feedings, medications and treatments within LVN scope as prescribed by physician and policy.
• Ensures delivery of care by nursing assistants within established time frames.
• Performs narcotic counts according to policies and procedures.
• Documents medication and treatment administration timely and accurately.
• Completes/updates Electronic documentation as required.
• Maintains Nursing license in compliance with state regulations.
• Performs other related duties as required.
