Job summary

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Senior First Aid Certificate.
• Participate in the annual Influenza vaccination program, unless exempt.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical care in line with policies and best practice.
• Administer medications and perform wound care.
• Maintain and update resident care plans and records.
• Supervise Enrolled Nurses and care staff as needed.
• Liaise with residents, families and health professionals.
• Promote a safe environment and participate in safety roles.
• Lead shifts and allocate staff to meet resident needs.
