Kindred Hospital Paramount and Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) in Paramount, CA is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with physicians, nursing staff and the care team to plan, implement and evaluate care and participate in discharge planning.

Required: RN licensure in California and BLS; six months of medical/surgical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN with active state licensure (California).
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Six months of Medical/Surgical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of patient care using the nursing process.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians and care team.
• Participate in discharge planning and multidisciplinary collaboration.
