Job summary

The Valley Health System in Nevada is seeking a registered nurse for Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center. You will provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in a high-acuity environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

The role includes professional leadership, guiding staff under your supervision, and upholding Service Excellence standards while delivering quality care across maternity and acute care services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and completion of a Specialty course/or equivalent. BSN preferred.
• One year acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada. Current BLS certification. Current ACLS certification (Adult patients). Current PALS certification (Pediatric patients) or current NRP certification (Neonatal patients) as required by department. Other certifications as may be required by facility, specialty or department.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversees and guides employees that are under his/her supervision.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
