Mt. Grant General Hospital in Incline Village, NV is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse for Acute Care and the Emergency Department. The RN will assess, plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care under the Medical Staff and Director of Nursing, and may supervise staff and serve as charge nurse.

Required NV RN license with CPR, PALS, ACLS, and Trauma Nursing certification; background checks; wage from $36.00/hr DOE, plus first-day insurance, sign-on bonus, and relocation support.

Qualifikationen

• Current NV RN license or ability to obtain one.
• CPR certification required.
• PALS and ACLS required for acute, ER, OR settings.
• Trauma Nursing certification to be obtained once during employment.

Full-time Registered Nurse Acute Care

Definition of position: Under direction of the Medical Staff and Director of Nursing, the registered nurse assesses, plans, implements, directs, and evaluates in accordance with the authorized scope of practice specified in the Nurse Practice Act and performs supervisory duties of lower level staff. The registered nurse is responsible for orientation, training, and management of personnel, as directed, and may act as the charge nurse. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction. Registered Nurses in this capacity are expected to work in the Acute Care setting and Emergency Department setting.

Experience And Training

• Possess or ability to possess, and maintain a current RN license in the State of Nevada AND
• Maintain current certification in CPR AND
• Participate in annual mandatory training AND
• Maintain current certification in PALS and ACLS required for working in acute, emergency room, operating room AND
• Receive certification in Trauma Nursing once during employment AND
• Per NRS 449 and NRS 200, successful applicant(s) must pass required state and federal background checks.

Wages and Benefits: Wage $36.00/hr+ DOE. Registered Nurses are eligible for first day insurance, sign-on bonus and relocation expense.
