MetroHealth Medical Center is seeking a registered nurse to plan, deliver, document and evaluate patient care in a designated area according to orders and nursing standards.

You will supervise nursing staff, observe and assess patient conditions, document care and responses, and uphold the mission and values of The MetroHealth System. Candidates must be Ohio-licensed RNs with BLS; ACLS, PALS, PEARS are preferred, with BSN and OR/PACU experience advantageous.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider.
• ACLS, PALS, and PEARS certifications are required/preferred.
• BSN and CNOR experience preferred for certain units.

• Plan, deliver, document and evaluate nursing care for patients in an assigned area according to orders and standards.
• Direct activities of assigned nursing personnel in care.
• Observe, assess and report on patient condition and response to care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation reflecting patient condition and treatment.
