Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 3 South Acute Cardiac/Stroke Unit on the night shift. The unit provides care for cardiac conditions and stroke patients in a Magnet-designated, stroke center environment.

This full-time RN role offers a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for qualified candidates, competitive pay, a rotating weekend schedule, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k). New grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a nursing degree from an accredited program.
• BSN or MSN preferred.
• Current RN license in Virginia or states with multi-state license.
• BLS/ACLS/NIHSS as required or within hire period.

The**Acute Cardiac/Stroke Unit** (3 South) at Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center provides specialized care for patients with a wide range of cardiac conditions, including heart failure, cardiac rhythm disturbances, newly implanted permanent pacemakers and defibrillators, post‐coronary interventions, post‐ablation care, and myocardial infarctions. The unit also manages pre‐ and post‐catheterization patients, as well as those experiencing acute stroke.This 24‐bed unit cares for patients with higher acuity than a typical medical‐surgical unit. 3 South provides an exciting opportunity for nurses seeking growth in a dynamic, high‐acuity environment.
