Job summary

Tyson Foods in Pasco, WA is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to protect, prevent, and promote health among team members. An unrestricted RN license is required and new graduates are welcome; on-the-job training is provided.

You will conduct health assessments, educate about diseases and wellness, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and recovery. Occasional travel to clinics may occur.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Current unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse (RN). Newly licensed nurses are welcome to apply!
• Experience: While 1+ years of nursing experience is preferred but not required. We are excited to support new graduates eager to begin their career. Occupational Health experience is not required. We will train on the job!
• Basic computer skills and comfort with electronic medical documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to get along with others.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to walk unassisted through the plant, quickly respond to medical emergencies, climb stairs, assess team members swiftly, and perform CPR if required.
