Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join the Lowell Correctional Institution team in Ocala, Florida. The RN delivers holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the DON and Nursing Supervisor, coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team.

Shifts are 7:00 am–7:30 pm, three per week with rotating weekends. Requirements: Associate's degree, RN license, CPR certification, and ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• RN license required or ability to obtain.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance (drug screen and background check).

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within scope of practice.
• Work under DON and Nursing Supervisor and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Identify, assess and respond to physical, psychological and social needs.

We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our team at Lowell Correctional Institution located in Ocala, Florida.

Pay Rate: $41-$50/hr

The Registered Nurse (RN) (Medical)

The Registered Nurse (RN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required


• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required


• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)


• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

7a-7:30p; 3 shifts per week, rotating weekends
