Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our team at Lowell Correctional Institution in Ocala, FL. The RN provides holistic nursing care within the scope of practice under the DON and Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to meet inmates' physical, psychological, and social needs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• Registered Nurse license or ability to obtain one.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance, including background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within scope of practice.
• Assess and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Collaborate with the DON and Nursing Supervisor and coordinate with the care team.
