Job summary

Oklahoma Surgical Hospital (OSH) is seeking an ICU RN to join our team in Tulsa. In the initial phase, the role may be part-time or full-time to orient, with a minimum commitment of 24 hours per month thereafter.

The inpatient RN will provide patient-centered nursing care, supervise staff, and coordinate with physicians and care teams to ensure optimal outcomes in a safety‑sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma or multi-state RN license.
• Current BLS.
• ACLS certification within 60 days of hire.
• ACLS classes are offered at OSH after hire date.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to non-licensed staff and coordinates medical-surgical nursing care to ensure optimum patient outcomes.
• Delivers personalized comprehensive care using nursing process, technology and collaboration with patients, families, and health care professionals.

As a ECB ICU RN, you will work as needed. In the beginning, this position will need to work part-time or full-time hours to get oriented, and after that, work a minimum of 24 hours a month, more hours are available if candidate desires. The first week of orientation will require Monday - Wednesday, 8-hour shifts. This position qualifies for shift differentials.

The inpatient registered nurse holds a safety sensitive position and delivers personalized comprehensive care to patients through the nursing process, combining therapeutic use of self, innovative technology and collaboration among patients, families and health care professionals. Responsible and accountable for providing leadership to non-licensed staff as demonstrated by prescribing, delegating, and coordinating medical-surgical nursing care for optimum patient outcomes.

• What’s required of you? Current Oklahoma or multi-state RN license. Current BLS. Completion of ACLS certification within 60 days of hire. ACLS classes are offered at OSH after hire date.
• Do I need experience? No experience required!
• Specialty Knowledge Skills: Must be knowledgeable and demonstrate competency in current nursing practices that are unit/age specific
