Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for surgical patient care in Greenwood, SC. You will provide and document professional nursing care aligned with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, SRH policies, and standard work.

You will coordinate and delegate care with physicians and auxiliary staff, communicate findings to the appropriate team, and perform other duties as requested by the Nurse Manager or Director. Licensure as a SC RN, ADN, and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
• ADN degree.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides and documents professional nursing care to surgical patients per medical care plan, critical pathways, SRH policies, and standard work.
• Coordinates and delegates care with other professionals and ancillary staff.
• Communicates findings to appropriate persons as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Nurse Manager or Director.
