Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and document professional nursing care according to the medical plan of care, critical pathways, and SRH standards. The nurse will coordinate and delegate care with other professionals, communicate findings to appropriate personnel, and serve as a resource for SRH nursing staff while following policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process to provide and document professional nursing care per the medical plan of care, critical pathways, SRH policies, procedures, and standards.
• Coordinates and delegates care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel; communicates findings to appropriate person(s).
• Serves as a resource for SRH/nursing staff to resolve work-related issues and performs other duties as requested by Supervisor or Department Director.

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
